Gopalganj Mini Marathon 2026 is organised by Vijaypath Defence Academy, Gopalganj (Bihar), under the direction of Mr. Yuvraj Singh (Director, +91 9905008674).

All event-related responsibilities — participant safety, race conduct, prizes, certifications, refunds, kit distribution, and on-ground operations — lie solely with Vijaypath Defence Academy.

Gen Sky Tech (operated by Rishu Rai) is the Digital Partner & Collaborator for this event, providing the digital infrastructure: the website, registration system, payment integration, WhatsApp notifications, and admin dashboard.

Gen Sky Tech:

• Is the Digital Partner & Collaborator (technology) for this event, but is not the event organiser or sponsor.
• Has no role in event planning, finances, prize distribution, or on-ground execution.
• Provides no warranty regarding the event itself or its outcomes.
• Is not liable for any disputes, injuries, refunds, cancellations, or claims arising from participation in Gopalganj Mini Marathon 2026.
• Operates strictly under Indian law and does not support, endorse, or knowingly enable any illegal activity through its services.

Any complaints, queries, or legal notices regarding the event must be directed to the Organiser (Vijaypath Defence Academy). Only complaints regarding the website or payment processing technical issues may be sent to the technical contact.

• All payments are processed through the Gen Sky Tech Payment Gateway (PhonePe powered).
• Once a payment is received, the participant is confirmed for the event and a BIB number is assigned.
• Refund policy is set and managed solely by the Organiser. Gen Sky Tech does not process refunds.
• BIB numbers are personal and non-transferable.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

• Participants run at their own risk.
• Medical fitness for participation is the participant's responsibility.
• The Organiser provides on-ground medical assistance but is not liable for pre-existing health conditions.
• Participants must follow all race-day instructions, route markings, and safety guidelines issued by the Organiser.
• Participants below 18 must register with parent/guardian consent.

Personal data collected (name, phone, photo, address, emergency contact, blood group, t-shirt size) is used only for event coordination — registration, BIB issuance, WhatsApp updates, kit distribution, and result/certificate dispatch. Data is not shared with third partiesfor marketing purposes.
